Lietuvos jaunimo centras ieško jaunuolių norinčių liepos 6 - 19 d. dalyvauti “YOUTH ECO SUMMER” jaunimo projekte Ukrainoje, Lvovo mieste - 100 km. nuo Lenkijos sienos. Nuvykusiems į projektą bus gražinama 70 proc. bilietų kainos. Apgyvendinimas ir maitinimas - nemokamas. Projektas bus rengiamas saugioje vietoje, 1200 km. nutolusioje nuo  neramių regionų. Projektui įvykti padės profesionalūs darbuotojai iš Vengrijos.

Youth exchange "Youth Eco Summer" (YES) hosted by AUAYC "Alternative-V" aims at bringing together young people from 10 countries for exploring topics of sustainable development and eco-friendly lifestyle. We expect 7 participants from each country (including 1 group leader).

Main objective as defined by the organizers is to raise awareness of young people about the importance of being environmentally friendly in every day life by changing our daily routines which in the end will have an impact on the ecological situation. Through a series of workshops, educational excursions, discussions participants will familiarize themselves with the most effective and wide-spread techniques of protecting environment in their home countries.

Participants will not only deepen their knowledge about eco-friendly lifestyle but also will be part of unique multicultural team, which will enable them to develop better understanding of other nationalities. The project focuses on introducing young people to the sustainable and environmentally friendly lifestyle.
